Company adds Vice President of Finance and Director of Property Management
CHICAGO, IL August 8, 2016 – BlueRoad Ventures (BlueRoad), a multi-strategy alternative asset management and investment company announced today that it has added real estate and asset management professionals to support its next phase of growth. Amanda Smelser was appointed to Vice President of Finance and Sheri Dressler was named Director of Property Management.
Amanda brings over 14 years of strategic accounting and financial experience overseeing high net worth clients, treasury functions, and investor relations to BlueRoad. “I am excited to leverage my experience to expand the robust accounting and back office financial support offerings provided to our partners, “ she said.
Sheri joins BlueRoad with 30 years of extensive property management and leadership experience spanning multiple asset types. She is responsible for BlueRoad’s portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial real estate under management. “This is an exceptional portfolio and I am delighted to lead our management activities and tenant relationships,” she said.
